Introducing Five-Day Ordering and 24/7 Inventory Visibility 

We’ve heard from retailers that flexibility, visibility, and balanced access are top priorities when it comes to planning and ordering. Based on this feedback, we’re introducing five-day ordering and daily inventory visibility so you can better plan, place and manage your orders. 

At a Glance

What you need to do:

• Understand how your current assigned order day is now your order cutoff day.
• Submit Stocked orders by 12:30 p.m. on your designated order cutoff day, unless a different day is communicated.
• Submit Flow-Through orders by Monday at 12:30 p.m., unless a different date is communicated.
• Review SKUs, quantities and pricing before submitting, because orders and product prices are final once submitted.
• Understand that products are available on a first-come, first-served basis and only secured once submitted.
• Use the B2B Portal to monitor 24/7 inventory visibility.
• Daily product allocation has been removed for new products. 

What is not changing:

• Your regular delivery schedule is not changing.
• Shipping fee calculations remain the same.
• Flow-Through only deliveries remain free of shipping costs.
• Price changes continue to occur on Tuesdays.
• Orders remain final once submitted.
• The claims process remains unchanged.
