Review and Accept Product Deliveries

As an Authorized Cannabis Retailer, you must ensure the accuracy of all products received. The store owner or a staff member must personally verify that all items match the order information before accepting the order from the delivery driver.

Verify Information on the Delivery Pallet


If the information on the pallet does not match your store’s information, do not accept the pallet. The store owner or a staff member must refuse the delivery and contact the OCS Sales and Service Centre immediately for support.

Verify Information on Your Bill of Lading


If the information on the bill of lading (BOL) does not match your store or order information, do not process the pallet. You must refuse the delivery and contact the OCS Sales and Service Centre immediately for support.
