Due to provincial audit requirements mandated by the Auditor General, the OCS Distribution Centre will be closed from Monday, March 25, to Sunday, March 31, 2024, for our annual year-end inventory count.
What you need to know to prepare
- All stores will miss one week of Stocked ordering during this time.
- The last day to order Stocked products will be Friday, March 22, 2024, resuming on April 1, 2024.
- Retailers with delivery dates between March 26 and 27 will have their Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) processed on March 25. Funds must be available at this time to avoid payment issues.
- During this time, the 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. order window will remain open from March 25 to 28 for Flow-Through products only. In observance of Good Friday, stores that normally order on Friday will be able to place a Flow-Through order on Thursday, March 28 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- The additional Flow-Through order window will resume on Monday April 1, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Flow-Through deliveries will be delayed during this period. We recommend reviewing the B2B Portal Calendar for your specific adjusted lead times that may result in the delivery and billing of multiple Flow-Through orders together.
We encourage you to review the B2B Portal Calendar for all order and delivery dates leading into and coming out of this closure. You can work with your Customer Relationship Manager to plan orders early to minimize any potential stock issues.
